Caitlin Rieger is a dynamic professional currently pursuing her MBA at Harvard Business School. With a robust background in finance and investment banking, Caitlin has demonstrated her prowess in the business world through various roles, including serving as an Investor at Avala Global, an Associate at General Atlantic, and an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Caitlin's professional journey has spanned key roles in business, investment banking, and finance, reflecting her versatile skill set and adaptability in dynamic environments. 

A graduate of the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, Caitlin holds a bachelor’s degree in finance. During her academic journey, she actively contributed to the university community as the President of McDonough Women and a participant in the Georgetown University Student Investment Fund. Caitlin excels in business, investment banking, and finance, showcasing a keen understanding of the intricacies of these industries. Her skill set reflects a solid foundation in strategic decision-making and financial analysis. Beyond her professional endeavors, Caitlin is committed to community initiatives. She has been actively involved in the Girls on the Run programs, which extend beyond athletics to teach teamwork, inspire confidence, and foster mentorship and physical and mental health in young girls.
