Thomas Pearce is an award-winning digital interactive director with a rare combination of technical, creative and leadership expertise. He has over 20 years in digital product development, including 15+ years successfully leading multidisciplinary creative and technology teams. He has worked with many recognizable brands such as: Ford, GM, Chrysler, Stellantis, Kia, Jaguar, Landover, Mazda, Volvo, Seagate, Google/YouTube, Roxio, Napster, Conseco, BestBuy, Epsilon, and Thomson Reuters. Currently, Thomas is the Senior Director at J.D. Power and is responsible for the delivery of highly creative and scalable digital user experiences (UX/CX), as well as directing the “go-to team” for Research and Development (R&D), sales support, and marketing.

Thomas has a passion for cross-country skiing and is the Hyland Lake Leader of the Minnesota Youth Ski League (MYSL) and serves on the board of the National Nordic Foundation (NNF). He has set the bar high with his strong vision and fiercely positive attitude, which in turn, has resulted in highly successful and rewarding endeavors. He graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota, received multiple Dean’s list awards, and was an inducted into Phi Kappa Phi, the oldest and largest collegiate honor society.

Thomas earned his MBA from St. Scholastica | Stender School of Business and Technology and has post-bachelor education from many institutions including Carlson School of Management, Nielsen Norman Group (UX), and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) - Sloan School of Management. When Thomas is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, Nordic skiing, running, roller skiing/blading, hiking, kayaking, and many other outdoor activities.
